Obituary published in The Plainfield Enterprise, Illilois on Thursday, July 29, 1965, Page 7, reads: GEORGE LAMBERT George Lambert age 73 of Du Page Township, will county died suddenly Tuesday morning July 20 at his home. A lifelong resident of Du Page Township, Mr. Lambert had farmed in the area for many years. He is survived by his wife Myrtle, one son, sister, Mrs. Frank (Grace) Grommon of Plainfield; one brother Donald Lambert of Plainfield. [RFSS Dec 2015]
