Last Will and Testament of James Sinton 1789 - 1876
The last Will and Testament of James Sinton of Unchena made this 3rd day of August eighteen hundred and seventysix.
I hereby will and bequeath my houses and land and chattels to my daughter MaryAnne she paying one hundred pounds to my daughter Isabella on her leaving the place. I bequeath to my son David the sum of Twentyfive pounds and to each of my children herein not mentioned five shillings each.The rest of my money after paying my debts and funeral expenses I leave to be equally divided between my daughter MaryAnne and Isabella.
I appoint as my executors Valentine Kerr and Andrew Joyce.
