I leave to my dear Wife during her natural life a comfortable living and five Pounds Sterling per year to be provided and paid by the occupier or occupiers of my farms in Tamnamore and Cabra and to be chargeable thereon. I also leave her the bed and furniture in the room we sleep in with the exception of the clock. She is to have the use of the room during her pleasure to live in. The bed and furniture before mentioned are to be her own to do whatever she pleases with. I leave to my daughter Elizabeth Lindsay Five Pounds, her own bedstead and bedding. My sons David Corry and John, Forty Pounds each. My executors have power to withhold the payment of my son John's until he attains the age of Twenty Three years, if they think right to do so. David Corry's and John's money not to be paid for two years from date of my decease. I leave to my son Richard Five Pounds in addition to the Two Hundred Pounds I have already given him. I leave to my son William Henry my farms of land in Tamnamore and Cabra, all my farm stock, implements and household furniture not heretofore bequeathed, all Promissory notes and money I may be possessed of at my decease on condition that he pay the before mentioned over sums to my dear Wife and children. I also direct that if my decease takes place before the Twenty Sixth day of May One Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty Four, that my son Richard may, if he so wishes, return and live at home in and same way as before he left on conditions that he brings back the Two Hundred Pounds I gave him and all the money he has made during the time he has been away from home, except what kept him in clothes, and puts it into the general Stock of the Place that he may do so and in that case he is not to get the Five Pounds but is to get an equal share in my Farms, implements, Furniture and Promissory Notes and money with my son William Henry, with the exception that William Henry is to get First Twenty Five Pounds out of the general Stock in the same way that my other legacies are paid.
